on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information
to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
iVox Communications collects information from our users at several
different points on our Website.
Registration
Our site's registration forms require customers to give us contact
information such as name and email address. New members who sign

members who have chosen to receive email will occasionally receive
information on products, services, special promotions, and a newsletter.
iVox Communications will not use any confidential information (add
user(s) or group functions) entered by Administrators or Organizers.
Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option
to not receive communications from iVox Communications. Please
see our opt-out/unsubscribe policies below.
Permission Marketing
From time to time, iVox Communications may send email to people who
may be interested in iVox Communications's services through the
use of opt-in mailing lists. We only use lists from vendors who
certify that the list was obtained from opt-in sources. Whenever
possible, we will identify the list where the opt-in name was obtained
in the header of our email message. If you believe that you have
received such a message in error, please follow the directions
in the email message to unsubscribe or remove yourself from the
list.
Tell-A-Friend
If a customer elects to use our referral option for informing a friend
about our site, we ask them to enter email addresses. iVox Communications
stores this information for the sole purpose of sending email communications
including a one-time email inviting them to visit and use the site.
Occasionally, we will send information on products, services, special
deals, and a newsletter to referral email addresses. To unsubscribe,
follow the instructions in the email message.
Surveys
Feedback information, provided voluntarily, is used by (within) iVox
Communications to understand and respond to customer requirements,
issues, and needs.
Security
This Website takes every precaution to protect our customers' information.
We use secure technology, privacy protection controls, and restrictions
on employee access in order to safeguard your personal information.
When customers submit sensitive information via the website, the
information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks customers to enter sensitive
information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted
and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry
- SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon
on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open.
We use industry-standard technology to keep your personal information
as secure as possible. We also have put in place privacy protection
control systems designed to ensure that your personal data remain
safe and private.
Each and every iVox Communications employee servicing our Conference
Center is obligated to abide by the iVox Communications privacy policy.
Employees who violate our privacy policies are subject to disciplinary
action, up to and including termination. Only authorized iVox Communications
employees servicing iVox Communications are permitted to have access
to your personal information and such access is limited by need.
Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees
are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy,
and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.
Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information
are kept in a secure environment. If you have any questions about
the security at our website, you can send an email to support@ivox.net
We protect the confidentiality of Customer Information. iVox Communications
does not share or release personal information. iVox Communications
will never willfully disclose personal information about its customers
nor email addresses nor contact names to any outside parties without
receiving written permission or unless ordered to do so by a court
of law.
We do not disclose your private, online communications. iVox Communications
honors the confidentiality of its members' private communications
(i.e. email invitations, meeting schedules, attendee lists, chat,
questions and answers, and file uploads/downloads). However, what
you publish to your iVox Communications service is available to those
whom you authorize to see the information. In the event that you
elect not to use any of the service's security access controls, the
content that you publish is available to those in the general public
who are aware of the URL address for your meeting.
We protect the confidentiality of your Web meetings and the related
contents. iVox Communications is aware that its services may be used
to conduct meetings that may be private, or used to discuss highly
confidential information. iVox Communications takes seriously the
need to protect the confidentiality of the communications of its
users. iVox Communications provides a number of ways, such as passwords
and meeting keys, to restrict unauthorized access to users' confidential
materials.
The meeting schedule, attendee lists, subject
matter, and contents of any Web presentations, live or recorded,
visual or audio, and
any content uploaded to iVox Communication’s servers are considered
private to the purchaser of the event or conference center where
such information was collected. iVox Communications employees and
agents will not view these materials except as necessary to appropriately
support the service. Any viewing of such content will be restricted
to the select, authorized operations and technical staff that support
the service. The information viewed will not be shared with any third
party. The sole use of any information revealed would be to anticipate,
diagnose, support or resolve any problems that might limit or disrupt
the service. iVox Communications employees and agents will not act,
trade or otherwise use such private information for any personal
or commercial gain.
Our system automatically gathers information about the nature of
your usage of our service. We do not share any of this data with
outside companies. We monitor this data (number of attendees, duration
and frequency of meetings, total number of meetings) in aggregate
for service capacity planning purposes, and to understand how our
customers as a group use the service, so that we can continuously
improve the quality and reliability of our services overall.
iVox Communications may ask customers for their name, address, telephone
number, and demographics, as well as some basic system configuration
information. Here is how we protect that information (this policy
applies to the collection of information for iVox Communications-sponsored
programs and contests, as well):
iVox Communications may be linked with other Web Site partners.
iVox Communications may share your registration information and our
aggregate usage data with its business partners. Our business partners
may occasionally use your email address to notify you of changes/additions
to its services. You will have the opportunity to choose whether
or not to share your information with any iVox Communications business
partners on any occasion where iVox Communications is collecting
information that we intend to share.
Any meeting participant details or demographic information collected
on the behalf of the purchaser of any Web conference or event, may
be used by iVox Communications to authenticate the user and such
user's rights to attend, present or organize a specific Web conference.
iVox Communications will not use this information for any other purpose
without the authorization of the organizer of the event.
iVox Communications occasionally sponsors free conferences, promotional
offers, seminars, contests and events that may collect user identifiable
information via their registration process. Meeting participants
may be required to give us contact information such as name, email
address, and demographics. iVox Communications will occasionally
use this data to send additional information about our company and
services.
We have one exception to this policy. We will release specific information
about your account to law enforcement authorities or other government
officials as we, at our sole discretion, believe is necessary, in
connection with an investigation of any matter that is illegal or
may expose iVox Communications to any liability.
Service Providers
We partner with other third parties to provide specific services
(i.e. newsletters, email notifications, and promotions). When the
user signs up for these particular services, we share names, or
other contact information (email address, organization) that is
necessary for the third party to provide these services. These
third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information
except for the purpose of providing these services.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a customer's personally identifiable information changes (such
as your phone number), we will endeavor to provide a way to correct
or update that customer's personal data provided to us. MyiVox
Communications customers can log in and click on the "Modify
Member Info" button to modify information. iVox Communications
customers may contact: sales@ivox.net
Opt-out/Unsubscribe
Customers who no longer wish to receive online communications or
specific items from us may opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving
these communications. Each communication will have a way to unsubscribe
from that list. Please carefully follow the instructions on the
communication to ensure removal of your name from our lists. If
you encounter any difficulty, please email us at: support@ivox.net

from time-to-time aggregate our users' system information and share
that with partners (whom are under confidentiality obligations),
